All Classes are tought in the traditional Jivamukti Open Class Format. Which will include Mantra Chanting, Spiritual Talks and reflections on the Jivamukti Focus of the Month, Meditation, Asanas (standing postures & balancing, twists, forward and backbendings, opt. shoulderstands and inversions) lead by my voice and hands on adjustments, inspiring music playlists and will conclude with a guided śavāsana for deep relaxation. The classes are taught in spanish and/or english, depending on the audience. We will always adapt to your specific needs or injuries. All levels, forms, sizes, genders, and ages are welcome! 
Todas las clases se imparten siguiendo el formato tradicional de las clases abiertas de Jivamukti. Incluirán canto de mantras, charlas espirituales y reflexiones sobre el tema del mes de Jivamukti, meditación, asanas (posturas de pie y equilibrio, torsiones, flexiones hacia delante y hacia atrás, y opcionalmente, posturas sobre los hombros e invertidas) guiadas por mi voz y ajustes manuales, música inspiradora, y concluirán con un śavāsana de relajación profunda. Las clases se imparten en español y/o inglés, dependiendo del público. Siempre nos adaptaremos a tus necesidades específicas o lesiones. ¡Son bienvenidos todos los niveles, formas, tamaños, géneros y edades!
