I am a beginner, Are the yoga classes suitable for all levels?

Absolutely Yes!! We love to part at the beggining of your Yoga Journey. Please note that all classes are taught for all levels, weather you are a beginner, intermediate or experienced practitioner. We want our classes to be inclusive for everyone, all sizes, levels, ages, genders, forms and colours are welcome!

I am travelling and do not bring a yoga mat, can you provide one?

Yes, please drop us a line while making your reservation so we can arrange the material for you.

I Do not speak spanish, in which languages are your classes taught?

No problem! We always adapt the language of the class to the needs of the students. Probably the classes will be taught in english and spanish, so it will also be a spanish lesson, besides the yoga! Ah and there will be some sanskrit too.

Where can I see the classes you teach or your weekly schedule?

Please visit WEEKLY SCHEDULE there you can find all times, dates, locations and prices. Do sign up and make a reservation to secure your space. Outdoor classes sometimes might get canceled, if the weather conditions are bad.

THERE ARE SO MANY YOGA TEACHERS ON MALLORCA, how do I REALLY know about your skills?

That is such a good question! I ask that myself all of the time! Jivamukti Yoga is pretty top notch when it comes to Yoga Teachers and Yoga Teacher Trainings. But if you have never come across JIVAMUKTI you may want to visit my REVIEW page or find me GOOGLE REVIEWS. Yes they come from real people, I havent made them up : )

I THOUGHT YOGA IS ALL ABOUT EXERCISE for bendy people, WHAT HAS SPIRITUALITY TO DO WITH IT?

Love that question! Even though in the West we often have the idea of Yoga being Asanas = Postures. The thousands of years old teachings will show us otherwise. You can read about the spiritual background of JIVAMUKTI YOGA here, and yes yoga is also political and part of a SPIRITUAL ACTIVISM movement! All is ONE!

I LOVE WHEN YOU PLAY THE HARMONIUM AND CHANT THE MANTRAS, CAN YOU TEACH ME?

That would be an honor! I do believe that learning to play the harmonium can best be achieved by a private session. I am happy to give you an introduction and after the first session you will be able to go ahead on your own. Promised! Let us schedule a date CONTACT ME.

Unfortunately the Island of Mallorca has been too succesfull over the last past decades. Please understand that I will not be able to provide this kind of information out of respect to the locals. Thank you for your understanding!
